The Problem
Zara's app suffers from non-user-friendly UX care, presenting users with problems like information overload, poor accessibility, and confusing navigation. This results in a confusing buying journey, which will lead to dissatisfaction and non repeat customers, thus, ZARA loses out on revenue as a consequence.
To address the difficulties users face, I have implemented smoother navigation, accessible designs and crafted a browsing experience that feels familiar to other fashion eCommerce companies, following principles of Hick's and Jakob's Law. These improvements will boost user satisfaction, resulting in increased traffic on ZARA's platform.
